Our clients refinance both at the end of an existing mortgage term, as well as part way through a mortgage term. In those situations, we remind you to check with your lender as to any penalties owing if you end the mortgage term early. We assist both borrowers and lenders when dealing with mortgage financing. Bridge Financing
Our real estate lawyers routinely help clients with their bridge financing. Also called interim financing or a bridge loan, these funds represent equity in a client’s existing home.
